About 2M Group

Beginnings

Founded in July 2022, 2M Group was established to create a state-of-the-art wood processing factory, producing high-quality finished products. Built on the foundation of a former sawmill, we have made significant investments in modern technology and production automation, enabling us to develop a new factory in just over two years. Today, we are proud to offer a wide variety of wooden products to the market.

First of its kind in Montenegro

As the first company in Montenegro to manufacture multi-layer flooring, 2M Group has also pioneered the use of thermal wood treatment technology, marking a major advancement in the wood industry.

Eco-friendly approach

By repurposing production byproducts to generate heat energy for our factory’s halls, dryers, and thermal kiln, we are actively working towards a “Zero Waste” approach. This allows us to conserve resources and minimize our environmental footprint.
